White Pizza with Arugula and Spinach

Try shaking up your normal routine with this delicious white pizza. It's loaded with delicious parmesan and mozzarella cheese plus garlic and green onion. Top it all off with a light arugula and spinach blend for added freshness. It's a quick and easy weeknight meal to make — or try it for your next movie night.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush pan with 2 teaspoons olive oil.
  2. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 14 in. circle. Transfer dough to prepared pan.
  3. Brush pizza crust with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with green onions, garlic and Italian seasoning. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until beginning to brown.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese to pizza; bake 10 minutes until pizza is lightly browned at edges. If needed, blot away excess moisture from cheese with a paper towel.
  5. In medium bowl, toss together spinach and arugula blend, 1 teaspoon olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to pizza and sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if using.
