Ingredients: 1 package hot roll mix; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 pound Italian sausage; 1 can pizza sauce; 8 ounces sliced pepperoni; 1 small onion; 1/4 cup red bell peppers; 1/4 cup green peppers; 1/2 cup mushrooms; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Any way you slice it, supreme pizza is a crowd favorite! This easy-to-make recipe uses boxed hot roll mix for the crust and is topped with sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheeses. TASTY!

Ingredients

1 package hot roll mix
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound Italian sausage
1 can pizza sauce
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
1 small onion
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup green peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray pizza pan with vegetable pan spray.
- Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions for pizza, using 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cover dough; let rest 10 minutes. Press out dough to fit pan. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
- In medium skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until cooked through; drain well. Spread pizza sauce over dough; sprinkle with cooked sausage, pepperoni, onion, pepper, mushroom and cheeses.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is completely melted and begins to brown.
