How to Make Candy Leaves
Leaves are an essential element used to showcase and frame your candy floral creations. Here's how to add a finishing realistic touch to all your flowers!

Ingredients

  • White Candy Melts Candy

  • Garden Candy Color Set

  • Dried grape, lemon or rose leaves

  • Silver Pearl Dust

  • Tools

  • Decorator Brush Set

  • Flower Wave Drying Rack

Instructions

  1. Clean lemon leaves with damp cloth and dry completely. Tint melted white candy green.
  2. Using a Decorator Brush, brush melted candy on back of lemon leaf to desired shape. Let dry on Flower Wave Drying Rack to add a curve to leaf.
  3. When dry, peel off leaf from candy leaf shape.

Notes

  • For a stunning effect, brush marbleized melted Candy Melts on leaves, or brush on Color Dust or Pearl Dust after candy has set. If using leaves other than lemon leaves, make sure they are non-toxic and safe for food use.
