In a large bowl with an electric mixer, prepare whipped icing mix according to package instructions.
Arrange half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom of a 3.5 quart trifle dish or large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with 1/3 of the strawberries, 1/3 of the blueberries, and 1/3 of the raspberries.
Spread half of the whipped icing on top of berries. Continue layering with remaining ingredients, ending with berries
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 2 hours.
