  1. Make cookies. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use geometric, crinkle diamond and heart from set to cut cookies. Bake and cool cookies.
  2. Decorate painted cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions, Use tip 3, cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to outline cookies. Use thinned white icing in cut disposable decorating bag to flow in cookies. Let set 24 hours.

    Use brush and silver Pearl Dust/lemon extract mixture or orchid pink and white Pearl Dust/lemon extract mixture to paint chevron (zigzag) design. Let dry 30 minutes.

  3. Decorate flow-in cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions, Tint portions light burgundy and gray (using black icing color). Reserve some white. Use tip 3, cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to outline cookies. Use thinned white icing in cut disposable decorating bag to flow in cookies.

    Use thinned tinted icing in cut disposable decorating bags to pipe chevron (zigzag) design. Let dry 24 hours.

  4. Add accents to flow-in cookies. For overall shimmer, use brush and white Pearl Dust to dust cookies. For a painted shimmer, use brush and white Pearl Dust/lemon extract mixture to paint chevron (zigzag). Let dry 30 minutes. Or, use brush and piping gel to cover chevron (zigzag) and sprinkle with pearlized or sparkling sugars. Let dry 1 hour.
