Meringue Wreath Cookies

The great thing about meringue cookies is that they're light and airy—perfect for brunches or light summer desserts. Made using the Easy Blooms Tip Set, these Light and Airy Meringue Wreath Cookies may look challenging, but they're super easy to make! Best of all, no decorating required! Tint the meringue batter in various shades of orange and green to create lovely summer treats that are worthy of any celebration.

  1. Prepare meringue batter. Prepare two boxes meringue batter according to package instructions. Combine Orange and Peach icing colors to get light and medium orange colors shown. Combine Kelly Green and Teal icing colors to get light and medium green colors shown. Tint batter medium orange following color combinations provided. Set aside.

    Prepare remaining boxes, one at a time, tinting as follows:

    • 1 box light orange using color combinations provided
    • 1 box light green using color combinations provided
    • 1 box medium green using color combinations provided
    • 1 box leave white
  2. Prepare decorating bags. Prepare decorating bag with large Easy Blooms rose tip; fill with medium orange batter. Prepare second decorating bag with small Easy Blooms rose tip; fill with medium green batter. Prepare third decorating bag with small Easy Blooms mum tip; fill with white batter. Prepare fourth decorating bag with tip 1M; fill with light green batter. Prepare fifth decorating bag with tip 2D; fill with light orange batter.
  3. Pipe meringues. On backside of parchment paper cut to fit pans, trace several 3¾ in. circles. Prepare pans with parchment paper, marked side down, with dab of meringue mix in each corner.

    Using all five decorating bags, pipe meringue wreaths, alternating colors, following template on parchment paper. Pipe single flower meringues to use up remaining batter.

  4. Bake meringues. Bake and cool meringues according to package instructions.
