Sprinkle the rolling surface with sugar. Roll out sugared gum drops to 1/4 in. (0.6 cm) thick.
Use a knife or scissors to cut the candy into small pieces.
Outline the window with royal icing and tip 3. Fill in the area with icing. Smooth lightly with a spatula.
Immediately position candy pieces into the icing.
