How to Make Round Tip 2A Swirl
Your homemade cupcakes will be even more tempting when you add a pretty peak of icing on top! We used tip 2A here, but any large round tip will work.

Ingredients

  • Light Cocoa Candy Melts® Candy

  • Blue Candy Melts® Candy

  • Yellow Candy Melts® Candy

  • Orange Candy Melts® Candy

  • Red Candy Melts® Candy

  • 1 Pink Candy Melts Candy

  • White Candy Melts® Candy

  • 5 thin pretzel sticks

  • Tools

  • Short Dipping Containers

  • 10 Inch X 15 Inch Parchment Sheets 24 Count

  • Double Roll Parchment Paper

  • Cake Boards

  • food-safe scissors

  • Disposable Candy Piping Bags, 12-Count

Instructions

  1. Hold decorating bag straight up. Pipe a mound of icing in the center of the cupcake. As the icing begins to build up, raise the tip with it, but keep the tip end buried in the icing.
  2. Squeeze as you move tip counterclockwise around the mound.
  3. Continue squeezing in a counterclockwise motion for four turns or until completed. Lift tip up and away to create a peak at top.
