Goat Cheese, Spinach and Chive Tart

This savory tart is built upon a layer of store-bought pie crust and topped with goat cheese, baby spinach and chives. It makes an impressive and easy party appetizer or weeknight dinner. Serve this tart warm or chilled, along with a fresh green salad.

  • 1/2 package (14.1 oz.) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (8 oz.) goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh baby spinach, plus additional for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives, plus additional for garnish
