  1. Prepare rice cereal treats.

    Prepare rice cereal treats following recipe instructions. Press into cookie pan; let cool. Remove from pan. Cut into 2½ in. x 4 in. rectangles.

  2. Melt candy.

    Melt Bright White candy according to package instructions. Transfer to decorating bag; cut medium hole in tip. Place treats on cooling grid set over cookie pan or waxed paper. Pipe melted candy over treat, coving top and sides, leaving about 1 in. of bottom of treat uncovered. Transfer candy-coated treats to waxed paper-covered cake board. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Decorate treats.

    Melt Dark Green, Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Turquoise and Vibrant Green candy, separately, in decorating bags; knead to mix. Cut small hole in each tip. Using one color at a time, pipe dot of candy on candy-coated portion of treat; press candy eyeball into center of melted candy. Repeat, alternating colors, to cover treat. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
