Prepare 13 in. x. 9 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add 16 oz. bag marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in Wilton Cake and Icing Flavor Kit packets. Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal and mini marshmallows, if using. Press mixture into prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
