Rice Cereal Cactus Treats

The great thing about these Rice Cereal Cactus Treats is that they require no watering! Made using your favorite rice cereal treat recipe and our Kelly Green icing color, these treats are great for retirement parties, birthday parties or whenever you're in need of getting in a warmer mindset! Use pearlized white jimmies to create the spikes and the tropical cookie cutter set to easily cut out your treats.

Prepare cereal treats. Spray cake pan with vegetable spray. Prepare cereal treat recipe following recipe instructions, adding Kelly Green icing color to marshmallow mix before adding cereal to achieve desired shade of green. Add cereal; mix until combined.
Pour into prepared pan. Using parchment paper or greased hands, press cereal treat into pan. Let cool slightly.
Cut treats. Using cactus cutter, cut out treats.
Helpful Hint: After cutting out treats, microwave remaining mix on low and remold in pan to same height. Recut.
Decorate treats. Top treats with pearlized white jimmies for spikes.
