Crinkle Cut Cookie Fries

1. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie pans with parchment paper.
2. - In small bowl, combine flour and salt.
3. - In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix well. Slowly add flour mixture, beating on low speed until incorporated. Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes. Stir in sprinkles.
4. - On heavily floured surface, roll out dough 1/4 in. thick. Using scalloped side of pastry wheel, cut strips 1/2 in. wide by 4 in. long. Carefully place on prepared pans.
5. - Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool cookies on pan on cooling grid 5-10 minutes, then remove to cooling grid to cool completely. Serve with melted Candy Melts Candy, if desired.
