'Tis the season to make the prettiest cookies! Prancing Reindeer cookies are made using the 4 Pc. Deer Cookie Cutter Set and swirling the icing colors together to create a marbleized look. Perfect for your holiday dessert table and as gifts for your guests.

  1. Make cookies 1 day in advance. Prepare Roll Out Cookie dough following recipe directions. Cut out shapes using deer cutters. Bake and cool cookies.
  2. Prepare royal icing. Prepare icing according to package directions. Divide icing and tint ¼ cup teal, ¼ cup periwinkle, 1/4 cup blue; reserve remaining icing white.

    *Combine Sky Blue and Kelly Green to make teal shown. Combine Sky Blue and Violet to make periwinkle shown.

  3. Prepare decorating bags. Prepare decorating bag with tip 2 and fill with 1/4 cup full-strength white icing. Thin teal, periwinkle, blue and white icings to a count of 10 and place in separate decorating bags.
  4. Decorate cookies. Cut tips off bags when ready to decorate. Use full strength white icing to outline cookies. Let dry 15 minutes. Thin white icing to a count of 10 and fill in cookies. Immediately pipe random teal, periwinkle and blue dots; use toothpick to swirl dots to create marbleized effect. Let dry overnight.
