Yummy White Chocolate Chip Blondies

This white chocolate chip blondie recipe is a super fast and easy alternative to large batches of cookies. These cookie brownie bars are great to make when you need a sweet treat in a snap.   1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9 in. x 13 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. Stir in 1 cup white chocolate chips.
  8. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup white chocolate chips over top of batter.
  9. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Let cool completely on the cooling rack.
