Sweet Studio Terms and Conditions
General Terms & Conditions for All Classes
I, on behalf of myself and/or my child if registering for my child for a class (referred to as “I”), agree to release and hold harmless Wilton Industries and their officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and/or liability for any injury suffered while I/my child participate in a Wilton Sweet Studio event or class.
I understand that participation in this event/class is voluntary. I recognize and understand that culinary classes have inherent risks and hazards and that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries, illnesses, and damages.
Cancellation, Refund, and Credit Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and program credits:
- Single-Day Classes/Programs:

- Requests for a cancellation or refund must be received at least 7 days before the class or program start date.
- Requests for a credit toward a future class or program must be received at least 5 days before the start date.
- Multi-Day Programs:

- Requests for a cancellation or refund must be received at least 14 days before the program start date.
- Requests for a credit toward a future class or program must be received at least 10 days before the start date.
All requests must be submitted in writing via email to wiltonsweetstudio@wilton.com.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Class or program name
- Date of the class or program
- Enrolled student’s full name
- Transaction invoice number
Program Cancellation:
If an insufficient number of students register for a program or other issues arise, Wilton reserves the right to cancel that program. Participants will receive a full refund. You may elect to apply previously paid fees as credit toward another Wilton program, as space allows.
Audio/Visual Release:
Wilton has my consent to use media (audio/visual) during attendance at, or participation in, Wilton programs and activities. I understand that any virtual programs will be hosted via a virtual meeting platform and that these sessions will be recorded for viewing by students who were unable to attend that session or for the attending students to review the materials again if needed. Wilton can use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and/or audiotapes of such events and activities, including but not limited to images and videos that are taken by Wilton employees or contractors engaged by Wilton. Registrant, attendee or the parent/guardian of a minor attendee agree that Wilton and its contractors may use the images or videos of the registrant/attendee to promote the Wilton Sweet Studio on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
State government policy prohibits discrimination based on race, sex, color, creed, religion, national origin, age and ancestry, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or disability. We will make reasonable accommodations for disabilities in accordance with the law.
