General Terms & Conditions for All Sweet Studio Classes

Refund Policy:

No requests for a registration cancellation/refund for a single day program will be accommodated if they are received less than 7 days before a program begins. For multi-day programs, no requests for a registration cancellation/refund will be accommodated if they are received less than 14 days before a program begins. Requests must be made in writing via email to: customerservice_crm@wilton.com. Please include the program name, date, and the enrolled student's full name.

Sweet Studio

If an insufficient number of students register for a program or other issues arise, Wilton reserves the right to cancel that program. Participants will receive a full refund. You may elect to apply previously paid fees as credit toward another Wilton program, as space allows.

Audio/Visual Release:

Wilton has my consent to use media (audio/visual) during attendance at, or participation in, Wilton programs and activities. I understand any virtual programs will be hosted via Zoom and that these sessions will be recorded for viewing by students who were unable to attend that session or for the attending students to review the materials again if needed. Wilton can use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and/or audiotapes of such events and activities.
