We offer two different types of 2-day intensive baking classes: Master Bread Baking, and Master Pastry classes. Our Master Fondant class focuses on smooth finishes and creative fondant work, while our Master Sugar classes teaches pulled, poured, and blown sugar techniques.Our Master Piping class offers skill-building in borders, florals, and lettering, and our Master Gum Paste is all about sculpting detailed, dimensional decorations such as flowers and leaves.
