Decorating

Sign up for decorating classes at Wilton Sweet Studio in Naperville. Our decorating classes are designed for all skill levels from beginner decorators to more advanced artists. You will learn essential decorating techniques including how to handle glazing and frosting tools, piping basics, using fondant, working with sugar and gum paste, flower and border design, and creating themed decorations for cakes, cookies, cupcakes and more.

Every class is hands-on so you learn by doing at your own workstation using professional tools and high quality materials. You will take home your own decorated piece and instructions so you can practice at home with confidence. As you gain skills you may want to explore skill building classes in sugar work, more complex fondant techniques, advanced floral piping, mastering textures and finishes, combining multiple materials like fondant plus buttercream, working on larger celebration cakes, or experimenting with decorative styles suited for holidays and special occasions.
