Vegan Chocolate Frosting

Top your favorite chocolate or vanilla cake with this delicious vegan chocolate frosting.   1. Sift together confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder; set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat plant-based butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add sugar and cocoa powder mixture to butter, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Icing may appear dry.
  4. Gradually add non-dairy milk; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
