Valentine's Day Marshmallow Pops

1. - Prepare marshmallow pops. Using vegetable shortening, lightly grease lollipop sticks. Slide four marshmallows onto each stick, leaving about 4 in. of stick exposed.
2. -

   Melt candy. Melt Candy Melts candy according to package instructions. Pour into one of the Easy Layers! loaf pans.

   Combine the two sprinkle mixes in separate loaf pan.

   Cover cake board with wax paper; set aside.

3. - Decorate marshmallow pops. Dip back side of marshmallow pops into melted candy, rocking slightly to push melted candy up sides of marshmallow pop. Tap gently to remove excess.
4. - Dip candy-coated marshmallows into sprinkle mixture. Transfer to wax paper-covered board. Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
5. - Using FoodWriter markers, write “LOVE” on marshmallow pops.
