Make turkey head. Using pattern and knife, cut out turkey head. Brush with egg white wash. Reserve pattern for later step.
Bake and cool according to package directions.
Make feathers. Melt Orange, Red and Yellow Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package instructions.
On back of parchment paper cut to fit cake board, trace wing pattern three times. Flip parchment over right-side up; tape to cake board.
Using spatula and one melted candy color, spread candy within pattern, allowing candy to be thicker at base and feathered at top. Chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining two colors (you’ll need three of each color). Reserve remaining melted orange and red candy.
Decorate turkey head. Cover turkey beak pattern with parchment paper. Prepare a parchment bag with remaining melted orange candy. Using bag, outline and fill in turkey beak, tapping lightly to smooth out candy. Chill until set, about 3 to 5 minutes. Pipe line on middle of beak.
Lay candy beak over wattle pattern. Using melted red candy in parchment bag to pipe turkey wattle over beak, tapping to smooth. Chill until set, about 3 to 5 minutes. Reserve remaining melted orange candy in bag for later step.
