- Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough following recipe directions. Use cutter to cut out shape. Bake and cool cookies.
- Ice cookies. Use green icing pouch with round tip to outline and fill in cookies. Use spatula to smooth.
Decorate cookies. Use white icing pouch with round tip to pipe dot eyeballs. Use finger dipped in cornstarch to pat smooth. Use black icing pouch with round tip to pipe dot pupils. Pat smooth.
Use orange, blue or red icing pouch with star tip to pipe outline mask, making sure to cover top and bottom of eyeballs with icing.
Use white icing pouch with round tip to pipe smile.
