  • 10 x 16 Chrome-Plated Cooling Rack

  1. Bake and cool cupcakes according to recipe.
  2. Using star tip and black icing pouch, pipe stars starting from center and piping toward edge. Continue until cupcake is covered. Repeat with red icing, then white icing.
