Favorite Cake Mix or Recipe
Lemon Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.
Leaf Green Icing Color, 1 oz. - Green Food Coloring
Golden Yellow Icing Color, 1 oz.
Moss Green Icing Color, 1 oz.
White Decorator Icing - 4.5 lb.

Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 6 x 3-Inch

Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers. Level, fill and stack layers for 6 in. high cake. Ice cake smooth.
Tint icing. Combine Golden Yellow and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get yellow color shown. Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow icing colors to get bright yellow color shown. Combine Moss Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get medium green color shown. Combine Lemon Yellow and Leaf Green icing colors to get bright green color shown. Combine Lemon Yellow and Moss Green icing colors to get light green color shown. Using color combinations provided, tint ¼ cup icing each yellow, bright yellow, medium green, bright green and light green. Using Lemon Yellow icing color, tint ¼ cup icing medium yellow.
Decorate cake. Starting at bottom of cake and swiping upwards, use tip of spatula to swipe colors on cake. Alternate colors as desired. Wipe off excess icing as needed between swipes.
Cut lemon and lime rinds to form curls; arrange on top of cake for garnish.
