Cake Release Pan Non-Stick Spray Coating, 8 fl. oz
White Decorator Icing- Medium Consistency, 16 oz.
1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/8 cup milk

Non-Stick Cooling Grid - 14.5 x 20-Inch - Cooling Rack
Decorating Bags, 16-Inch Disposable Piping Bags, 12-Count
10 x 4 Fancy Ring Mold Pan
Extra Large Drop Flower Tip 1G
Extra Large Drop Flower Tip 1B
Large Drop Flower Tip 2C
Large Drop Flower Tip 2F

- Bake cake. Prepare pan with Cake Release spray. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cake.
- Prepare glaze. Combine confectioners’ sugar and milk in small bowl. Mix until smooth. Prepare decorating bag with glaze; cut ½ in. off end of bag. Pipe icing on top of cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Let set, about 30 minutes.
- Decorate cake. Prepare four decorating bags with tips 2F, 1B, 1G and 2C. Fill each with vanilla icing. Pipe swirl and star drop flowers on top of cake.

How to Pipe an Icing Star Drop Flower
Pipe flowers with a simple straight up motion. Used sparingly, star drop flowers make delicate accents (especially those made with smaller tips) and are also great fill-in decorations. Using different tips will create different flower effects. Tip 1B is perfect for making hydrangeas, whereas tip 225 creates delicate blossoms.
