Class Description
Learn the art of the perfect scone in this hands-on baking class designed for all skill levels. You’ll make both a sweet and a savory variety completely from scratch, discovering how ingredient balance and technique create that signature tender crumb. Each student will take home one dozen freshly baked scones — and the confidence to recreate them anytime. Students will enjoy a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn inside our private Test Kitchen and see what happens beyond the classroom!
Techniques you’ll learn:
- Mixing and folding methods for light, flaky texture
- Flavor balancing and ingredient customization (sweet vs. savory)
- Shaping, cutting, and glazing for professional results
- Proper baking, cooling, and storage for peak freshness
