Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in white cupcake liners.
Decorate cupcakes. Spatula ice cupcakes smooth.
Using Sugar Writer and Pink sugars, draw paw print on half of cupcakes. Draw small heart in center of remaining cupcakes.
Using Black icing color, tint ¼ cup icing black. Prepare decorating bag with tip 2 and black icing. On cupcakes with small hearts, pipe cat mouth and whiskers.
