- Bake cookies. Prepare and dough following recipe instructions; tint half yellow and half green using icing colors above. Roll out. Bake and cool.
- Prepare icing. Use Royal Blue icing color to icing blue and place in a disposable decorating bag fitted with tip 3. Use Leaf Green icing color to tint icing green. Reserve for next step.
- Trace pattern. Lay small piece of baking paper onto our pattern. Using the blue FoodWriter edible marker, trace the pattern onto the parchment paper. Place traced paper onto a cutting board. Using a craft knife, cut out the black areas of pattern. Place cut-out pattern on cookie. Using an edible marker, trace cut areas of the pattern onto the cookie. Remove pattern. Outline and fill in cut-out areas with tip 3 and blue icing. Pat smooth with fingertip. Pipe lines connecting shapes. Let dry several hours or overnight.
- Assemble cookies. Using the disposable decorating fitted with tip 233 and green icing, pipe grass on green cookies. Immediately attach yellow and blue ball cookies to green biscuit base at a slight angle so they stand. Pipe extra icing on the back of the yellow cookie, if necessary, to add stability. Let dry several hours or overnight before serving.
