Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust

  • 2 cups (8 ounces) finely shredded Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese blend

  • 2 cups (10 ounces) diced grilled chicken

  • 1/2 small red pepper

  • 1 jalapeño peppers

  • 1 can (10 ounces) whole kernel corn

  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix

  • Salsa

  • sour cream

  • chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Unroll dough and stretch to fit bottom of pan. In large bowl, combine cheese, chicken, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, corn, olives and seasoning; mix well. Sprinkle mixture evenly over crust.
  3. Bake 16-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve pizza with salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
