Sugar decorate house. Work one area at a time. Use spatula to thinly ice roof panels, front, back and sides of house. Cover in sugar; gently let excess sugar fall off.
Make front door. Roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut 1 ½ x 2 ¼ in. door. Attach to house with icing. Use icing to outline door, and attach candy for door window and doorknob.
Make all windows. Roll out fondant 1 1/6 in. thick. Cut two 1 ¼ x ¾ in. windows for front, three 1 ¼ x ¾ in. for each side and three 1 ½ x ½ in. for back. Attach to house with icing. Use icing to outline windows and windowpanes. Attach candy to sides and under windows.
Decorate house front. Attach a row of candy stars across front of house. Attach candy discs to front of house, beginning above star row. Begin at the bottom and work up, overlapping rows slightly.
Decorate roof. Attach candy to roof with dots of icing. Use icing to pipe zigzags to roof peak. Attach candy. Use white icing to pipe icicles on eaves.
Decorate base. Use spatula and icing to ice base fluffy. Sprinkle with sugar. Attach candy for pathway.
