Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare mega sheet pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In small bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  3. In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of honey mixture and potatoes. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated. Place potatoes on one-third of the pan, cut side down.
  4. In center third of pan, place chicken. Pour remaining sauce over chicken, turning to coat.
  5. In medium bowl, combine green beans, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Place green beans on the remaining third of pan.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Toss potatoes in sauce before serving.
