Made with ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, onion, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and a mix of other spices, this savory meatloaf is comfort food at its best. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
In small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumb mixture, onion, tomatoes and egg. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing or loaf will be heavy. Transfer meat mixture to prepared pan; press down firmly, filling pan.
In small bowl, stir together ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over top of meatloaf.
Bake 65-70 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160F. Remove pan to cooling grid. Cool meatloaf in pan 5-8 minutes. Transfer meatloaf to serving platter.
