

Salted Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened and divided
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract, 4 Oz.
1 bar dark chocolate, chopped
1 bar semisweet chocolate
1 bar milk chocolate, chopped
coarse sea salt

- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup butter over medium high heat, 3-5 minutes, until butter smells nutty and browns. Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes
- In medium bowl, combine flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, beat remaining 1/2 cup butter and sugars with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in browned butter until combined. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate. Using cookie scoop, drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie pan.
- Bake 11-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with flaky salt. Cool 3 minutes on pan; remove and cool completely on cooling grid.
