Cut bread and cheese. Using small blossom, square and round fondant cut-outs, cut shapes in bread and cheese. Using fondant inlay technique, inlay cheese in bread. Can also mix bread cut-outs to create various designs.
Using mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and arugula, assemble sandwiches as desired.
