  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound red onion (about 1 large or 2 medium), cut into 3/4 in. thick wedges
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1/2 package (8 ounces) uncooked bacon, cut into 1/2 in. pieces
