Quick & Easy Halloween Cauldron Donuts

Serve all your Halloween ghosts their own witches brew! Start with fresh donuts baked in our mini doughnut pan. Add eerie Candy Melts candy, with mini chocolates boiling over the top and spice drop flames below.

  1. Bake doughnuts. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool doughnuts following recipe directions.
  2. Dip bottom in candy. Melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use dipping tongs to dip bottom of doughnuts in melted dark cocoa candy. Place doughnuts, candy side up, on parchment-covered board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Cover top with candy. Place doughnuts, candy side down, on cooling grid over parchment-covered board. Melt vibrant green Candy Melts candy as needed. Use melted green candy in cut decorating bag to cover top of doughnuts and dripping down sides. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Decorate doughnuts. Pipe green sparkle gel over green candy. Use rolling pin to roll out orange spice drops 1/8 in. thick on parchment-covered board sprinkled with sugar. Use medium cut-out to cut six flames for each treat from spice drops. Position flames under doughnuts.

    Position candy-coated chocolates in center of doughnut for bubbles. Insert pretzels stick.
