Popcorn Cones

Using medium-sized bowls, melt red and black Candy Melts candy according to directions on the package. Using spatula, coat inside of six waffle cones with red candy and six waffle cones with black candy. Place cones in rack, chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Place one half popcorn into large bowl, spray with blue Color Mist. Shake bowl and spray again, repeating until popcorn is completely covered. Repeat steps with other half of popcorn using red Color Mist. Set aside to dry, 10 to 15 minutes.
Melt white Candy Melts candy according to directions on package, place in parchment triangle. Using melted candy, pipe football laces on top portion of cone, above where it sits on rack. Place cone in rack, chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Fill black candy-coated cone with red popcorn. Fill red candy-coated cone with blue popcorn. Sprinkle popcorn with candy-coated chocolates in coordinating colors.
