Place peanut butter in decorating bag, cut tip. Pipe peanut butter onto first cracker. Place second cracker on top to create sandwich.
Melt orange candy according to directions on package. Dip sandwich crackers into orange candy, one at a time. Gently tap to level candy on each cracker. Place on lined cookie sheet with waxed paper. Chill until set, 10 to 15 minutes.
Melt white candy according to directions on package, pour into parchment triangle. Cut hole smaller than 1/16 in. on tip. Pipe football details onto cracker sandwiches. Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
