In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and 1 cup of the granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture; beat until combined. Using 2 tablespoon size cookie scoop, scoop cookies. Roll in remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork in criss-cross pattern.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned on bottoms. Cool 3 minutes on pan; remove and cool completely on cooling grid.
