Prepare icing. Divide 1/4 cup icing into one bowl and 1 cup icing each in remaining three bowls. Tint 1/4 cup icing black. Tint remaining icing yellow, pink and violet. Reserve one cup icing white.
Decorate cake. Prepare decorating bag with tip 3 and fill with black icing. Pipe mouth, whiskers and eyes of bunny. Using a spatula and pink icing, ice inside of ears and nose. Use finger dipped in cornstarch to pat down pink icing.
Prepare four decorating bags with tip 21. Fill bags with icing, one each of yellow, pink, violet and white. Pipe stars, alternating colors, until cake is completely covered.
