1. - Make fondant plaques 1 day in advance. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use straight side of "A" size round, square or oval cut-outs to cut plaques. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface 24 hours.
2. - Bake and cool cupcakes.
3. - Decorate fondant plaques. Use desired FoodWriter edible color markers to draw pictures and write messages on plaques. Let dry, about 10 to 15 minutes.
4. - Decorate cupcakes. Use tip 1M, a disposable decorating bag and white icing to pipe a swirl on cupcake top. Position plaque on cupcake.
