Monogram Cake

  1. Bake cakes. Follow pan instructions to create “A” with pan inserts. Fill pan two-thirds full with batter. Bake and cool.
  2. Prepare cake board. Using cake as pattern, cut cake boards 1 in. larger than cake; wrap in foil.
  3. Ice cake with white icing.
  4. Decorate cake with flowers. Fit disposable decorating with a coupler and tip 3 and fill with white icing. Pipe 5-petal and 3-petal bead flowers in corners around cake Pipe tip 3 lines on top edge of cake between flowers; add second line, about 1/4 in. from first line. Place tip 1 on decorating bag; pipe dot flower centers. Allow flowers to crust, about 1 hour.
  5. Add accents. Mix together pink and white Color Dust to get desired shade; repeat with orange and green Color Dust. Brush the center of each flower with green; brush petals with orange and pink.
  6. Pipe tip 3 white dot border.
