Class Description

Master the complete process of building and finishing professional multi-tier cakes. This advanced, hands-on intensive brings together all the skills from earlier courses and takes them to a polished, professional level. You’ll learn how to plan internal structure, achieve flawless fondant finishes, and create refined gum-paste details — all while developing a cohesive, personalized design.

By the end of the course, you'll complete a fully finished multi-tier cake that showcases clean execution, balanced composition, and your signature style. Students will receive a Wilton Certificate of Completion.
