Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 in. x 9 in. square pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine berries, 1/4 cup flour, granulated sugar, and lemon zest. Set aside.
In medium bowl, stir together remaining 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt. Spread berry mixture evenly in pan. Sprinkle oat mixture on top.
Bake 65-70 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and filling is bubbling. Cool in pan on cooling grid 10 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
