1. - Bake cupcakes. Bake and cool cupcakes in Minnie Mouse cupcake liners.
2. - Tint icing. Using rose icing color, tint 1 cup icing rose. Reserve remaining icing white.
3. -

   Decorate cupcakes. Prepare two decorating bags with tip 104. Fill one with rose icing, the other with white icing.

   Using rose icing, pipe ruffle around outer edge of cupcake. Move ¼ in. toward center; pipe another ruffle around cupcake. Switch to white icing. Pipe two rows of smaller ruffles on top of pink ruffle. Position Minnie icing decoration.
