Mini Valentine Cupcakes

Kids and adults alike are sure to love these sweet Mini Valentine Cupcakes. Easy and quick to make, these mini Valentine's Day cupcakes feature simple decorations and are a quick and easy project for beginning decorators. One recipe makes quite a few mini cupcakes, so this is also a great project to have on hand for any upcoming wedding showers or bridal showers.   1. Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Prepare mini muffin pan with white liners. Using smallest Scoop-It scoop, add batter to liners, filling about 2/3 full. Bake and cool.

  2. Decorate cupcakes Prepare disposable decorating bag with tip 12 and buttercream icing.

    Pipe swirl on top of each mini cupcake.

  3. Top with heart-shaped icing decoration.
