Everyone loves a pizza party, and these mini margherita pizzas make it easy to personalize! Perfect for one, two or a group, it's easy to customize your toppings and whip up dinner in no time. Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough
4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 package mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup basil leaves
Crushed red pepper

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Divide pizza dough in half. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 9 in. circle. Transfer dough to prepared pan.
- Brush pizza crust with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add 1/4 cup pizza sauce and spread into an even layer, leaving 1/2 in. around edges for crust. Bake 12 minutes.
- Add half of mozzarella cheese to pizza; bake 6-8 minutes or until pizza is lightly browned at edges. If needed, blot away excess moisture from cheese with a paper towel.
- Top with 2 tablespoons basil leaves and sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if using. Repeat process for second pizza.
