

Mini Hot Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
1 package (19.9 ounces) dark chocolate brownie mix
ingredients to prepare mix
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup mini marshmallows

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Mega Mini Muffin Pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In large bowl, combine brownie mix, ingredients to prepare mix, and 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix. Mix according to package directions. Divide batter evenly among pan cavities, filling about 2/3 full.
- Bake 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out almost clean. Let cool almost completely on cooling grid. Use a spatula to carefully loosen brownies from pan; remove to grid to cool completely.
In medium bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix and heavy cream. Whisk until combined. Dollop mixture on top of brownies; top with marshmallows.
Makes about 4 dozen.
