If you have a chocolate craving but don’t want to make a whole portion of brownies, this Individual Chocolate Chip Brownie recipe is for you! Small enough to make only 4 brownies, this recipe is great for families or sharing with a loved one. While we filled ours with semi-sweet chocolate chips, you could also use peanut butter chips, nuts or your favorite candies to add a personal touch!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Mini Round Cake Pans with vegetable pan spray.
In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips on half power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly among prepared pans, smoothing tops.
Bake 27-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes then remove to cooling grid to cool completely.
