  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 3 mini loaf pans with vegetable pan spray and flour.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla; whisk thoroughly. Gently fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips, mixing only until incorporated. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.
  3. Bake 32-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pan 10 minutes. Gently loosen sides with metal spatula. Remove to cooling grid and cool completely.
